In recent years, we have been fortunate to work with
Upbrella Construction, a company that offers a new way of erecting the structure and envelope of high-rise buildings whether they are made of concrete or steel. This crane-less construction method eliminates risk and increases productivity by providing sheltered construction.
After completing the project to add 6 floors to the Le Germain Hotels in Montreal, it is with great pleasure that we are collaborating again for the impressive Carmella project, a 47-meter wooden residential tower located in Monaco. With delivery scheduled for 2023, we will have several more opportunities to tell you about this extraordinary achievement.
