Located in Rivière-des-Prairies - Pointe-aux-Trembles, Groupe Lumain's new Résidence Le Vertical is an intermediate resource affiliated with the University Institute of Mental Health of Montreal. Formerly the Fleur de Lys intermediate resource, this new building now offers 90 places. It offers support and assistance services to a geronto-psychiatric clientele and to people with a loss of autonomy. One of the floors will be occupied by 30 people with mental health problems. The other two floors will accommodate 60 seniors requiring physical or cognitive care.
