L2C proud to participate in the creation of nine Seniors’ Homes

It is with great pleasure that we announce our participation in the realization of the project of nine Seniors’ Homes in the regions of Laval, Lanaudière and the Laurentians. This project, which aims to provide a human, safe and dynamic living environment for seniors in the province, will offer a total of 528 rooms. A project of hope that it gives us great pleasure to build with our partners.

The construction of the Maison du Loisir et du Sport is launched

The construction of the future and much awaited Maison du Loisir et du Sport in Montreal is well underway! This brand-new building will house the offices of the vast majority of Quebec sports federations, in addition to other sports and leisure organizations.

A good number of these federations are currently grouped together at the Olympic stadium in Montreal and have been waiting for a relocation for about thirty years. Hockey Quebec, which has its offices in Anjou, will also move into this new house located at the corner of the Metropolitan Highway and Lacordaire Boulevard. The opening is scheduled for 2022.

It is a real pleasure for the entire L2C team to participate in the realization of this large-scale and hopeful project for Quebec athletes with the help of all the partners involved.

L2C in Monaco with their partner Upbrella

In recent years, we have been fortunate to work with Upbrella Construction, a company that offers a new way of erecting the structure and envelope of high-rise buildings whether they are made of concrete or steel. This crane-less construction method eliminates risk and increases productivity by providing sheltered construction.

After completing the project to add 6 floors to the Le Germain Hotels in Montreal, it is with great pleasure that we are collaborating again for the impressive Carmella project, a 47-meter wooden residential tower located in Monaco. With delivery scheduled for 2023, we will have several more opportunities to tell you about this extraordinary achievement.
